Add some Falksalt Crystal Flakes Citron or Black next time you rim your drinking glass with salt.

CHILI

Besides the obvious that Crystal Flakes Chili is excellent on any type of meat or poultry it's even more exciting with fish and salads, potatoes and vegetable dishes. Try it on the home made popcorn next time or why not as the main ingredient in your butter mixed with herbs.

Add a little fire to your hamburgers

Makes 4 portions

14 oz minced beef

200 g minced lamb

aprox. 1 table spoon Crystal Flakes Chili

1 table spoon HP sauce

1 table soon tomato puré

1 minced clove of garlic

½ minced onion

1 table spoon olive oil

Mix all ingredients and flatten them out to form 4 hamburgers. Rub them gently with oil and fry, or grill, them a couple of minutes on each side. Serve with bread, mayonnaise, sliced tomatos and pickled cucumbers.
