Wild Mushroom delicately accent your steak, roasted vegetables, or baked potato with a sprinkle of Wild Mushroom. Dust Wild Mushroom over creamed mashed potatoes for subtle undertones of Porcini Mushrooms.

Porcini flavored pasta

Makes 4 portions

14-15 oz tagiatelle (or any pasta you prefer)

14 oz sliced ham (not salted!)

½ - 1 table spoon Crystal Flakes Wild Mushroom

½ tea spoon chili/cayenne pepper

a pinch or so of black pepper

1 chopped onion

1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped

½ cup red grape juice

butter

Garnish

grated parmesan cheese

parsley

Boil pasta in plenty of water with a handful of Crystal Flakes Wild Mushroom. Shred ham and roast it in a very hot pan using no fat. Add Crystal Flakes Wild Mushroom, chili/cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion and garlic. Stir intensively for about 5 minutes and then add grape juice and butter. 

Take pan of from heat and carefully turn the boiled pasta into the sauce. 

Garnish with parmesan, parsley and a pinch of Crystal Flakes Wild Mushroom.
