 WILD GARLIC
Wild Garlic has a wonderful, mellow taste of garlic well suited for almost any food, especially salads, roasted vegetable or sprinkled over fried fish.
Vampire safe salad
Vampire safe salad Makes 4 portions 2 heads of lettuce ½ cucumber 2 bunches of red wine grapes 3 ½ oz of parmesan cheese (whole) 3 ½ oz walnuts
Dressing half cup of olive oil juice of 1 lime 1 table spoon honey ½ table spoon Crystal Flakes Wild Garlic
Rinse and chop lettuce. Peal and chop cucumber. Rinse grapes and cut in half. Chop parmesan into tiny cubes. Crush or chop walnuts lightly. Put in big bowl. Mix the dressing and toss it into the salad.
