Henrik Jonsson, Head Chef at the University of Joburg, SA

Henrik is one of the most skilful chefs in South Africa and was for instanceawarded “best casual restaurant in SA and best restaurant overall by SA Tourism in 2009/2010”. Before ending up as Head Chef at the University of Joburg 2008 in South Africa he has been running and working at great restaurants in Dubai, Belgium, London UK, Malaysia, California US and South Africa. Henrik is also a board member of the South African Chefs Association, SACA.

“I came across the Falksalt sea salt flakes at the great Food and Wine show in Joburg 2011. Now they are natural ingredients on almost all dishes we serve at dinners at the Joburg University”, Henrik says.
